How do I verify my ID?Before you can rent an RV, we will need to verify your ID. The process is easy and only takes a few moments to complete. You will need to send us a few pictures. Specifically, the front and back of your license along with a selfie. Please make sure all parts of your face are visible. Please make sure the pictures are well lit and there is no glare on any photo. After you submit your pictures, you will receive an email to alert you once they have been reviewed and processed. What fees should I be aware of?Service Fee - The service fee is a percentage of the total amount of the reservation, excluding taxes and the security deposit, that is charged for each booking. It is included in the renter's first payment and can be found on the checkout page as well as in the Reservation Details of a booking. Post-trip Fees - Post-trip fees can be added at the discretion of the owner once they have had the opportunity to assess the condition of the RV when returned by the renter. There will be 72 hours to submit the Return Form after the reservation ends, and you will receive an email notification when the form is submitted. Post-trip fees include overages on mileage or generator hour allowance, expenses such as tolls or traffic violations, damages to the RV, and the additional fees listed below: Cleaning Fee - We understand that RVs get dirty out on the road. Returning an RV with a normal amount of dirt is acceptable and will not result in any additional charges. However if an RV is returned covered in dirt, soot, trash, food, wine stains, etc, and the RV is not cleaned prior to returning it, the owner may choose to charge an additional cleaning fee. Dumping Fees - The responsibility for dumping the waste tanks should be determined prior to the start of the trip. If the tanks are not dumped by the renter, the company can choose to charge an additional dumping fee that can include the cost of dumping the tanks as well as a charge for the act of dumping the tanks. Late Fee - If a renter returns the RV after the agreed upon drop off time plus a one hour grace period, the owner may choose to charge a late fee for the reservation. RVs that are returned eight hours or more late without consent from the owner can be charged for an extra rental night. Pet Fee - Bringing a pet along should be approved by the owner prior to the start of the reservation. If pets are brought on a reservation without company consent, or the RV requires additional cleaning/repairs due to the pet, the company can choose to charge an additional pet fee. Refueling Fee - Expectations for refilling propane and gas tanks should be set prior to the start of the trip. If the fuel refill requirements are not met the company can choose to charge an additional fuel refill fee that can include both the cost of the fuel as well as a charge for the act of refilling the tanks. Abandonment Fee - If the RV is not returned to the place of pick up or another location that the company agreed upon, an abandonment fee may be charged by the company. Note: Post-trip charges can vary depending on circumstance and by company. They must be listed by the company on the Return Form and will include a 15% administrative fee to the renter. These fees may not be added to the rental if the RV company has already included them as a pre-booking add on.

Class C Motorhomes have better gas mileage than Class As. An average range is 14-20 MPG. Can I tow a vehicle behind a rented RV?To determine which RVs to display, the towing capacity of your vehicle is compared to an estimated total weight for the towable RVs. An RV’s dry weight and estimated cargo weight are both used to best match your vehicle to an RV. Estimated cargo weights: If the vehicle’s towing capacity is greater than or equal to 10,000 lbs, cargo weight = 1000 lbs If the vehicle’s towing capacity is between 5,000-9,999 lbs, cargo weight = 500 lbs If the vehicle’s towing capacity is less than or equal to 4,999 lbs, cargo weight = 100 lbs We compare the vehicle’s towing capacity to both the estimated cargo weight and the dry weights of available RVs to determine which RVs fall within the vehicle’s towing capacity and are candidates to safely tow.

-
How do we go about receiving a refund? Please reach out to us by calling 727-432-1566 for assistance.
-
Where is my security deposit? The way we handle security deposits is by placing a "hold" on your account for the amount of the security deposit. When that happens, your bank creates a pending transaction but never actually processes that payment to transfer the money to us. Due to the fact that you were never actually charged that money, you are not going to see a refund in your account. Instead, that original pending transaction will either say it was voided, or it will have disappeared altogether. If you have already received an email stating that your security deposit has been released back to you, please keep in mind that it can take anywhere from a few business days to several weeks for your financial institution to release the funds back onto your card. If you still do not see them, we suggest reaching out to your credit card company to have them look into it on their end.
-
How do I dispute charges? If you feel that you have been wrongly charged by the owner, or the rental did not meet your expectations, you may request to open a dispute case by calling 727-432-1566 for assistance.
